Community Updates
What community events/socials/gatherings would you like communicated with the residents in the next two weeks?
Do you have any maintenance updates regarding structural repairs or other general maintenance that is required to upkeep the community? i.e. (Painting, landscaping etc.)
Do you have any resident updates that you would like to share (approval from the resident needed…i.e. Updates on community food drives .. perhaps someone donated an enormous amount of money or items or update on funds to help a sick resident’s child, as an example.)
Is there any other general news you may want/need to share with your residents about the community?
Neighborhood Updates
Are there any local art walks, shows, festivals or concerts that you would like your residents to know about?
Are there any local volunteer/charity opportunities that you want to let your residents know about and how they can get involved?
Are there any new restaurants that you would like your residents to know about? Also, this would be an opportunity to let the residents know about any special happy hours or new menu items at local restaurant favorites.
Are there sanitation department messages, local schools closing (teacher work day, snow days, etc), postal service announcements, parks & recreation board announcements, city council meetings, upcoming road construction, etc
Lifestyle Updates
Do you have any amenities at your community that you would like to “remind” or “promote” to the residents? For example, do you have a fitness room that many residents do not utilize?
Do you have any fitness tips or interesting articles on health and fitness or overall wellness that you would like to share with our residents? We will try and tie these topics to amenities that each community offers.
Education Updates
Do you have any unique tips such as ways to save on utility bills or the latest trends in “green” apartment living, just as a few examples?
Do you have any other general educational information that you would like to share with the residents?
Do you have any information on additional ways that the residents can better their lives, in any way?
Are there any national holidays or “Months” or “Day” recognition of causes that you would like your residents to be reminded of such as “February is Black History Month” or “October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month”?
